Welcome to the Limerick Boat Club’s Christmas Raffle and Donations page. By purchasing raffle tickets or making a donation, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information**
1.1. The Christmas Raffle is organized by Limerick Boat Club, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to promoting rowing and community engagement.
1.2. Funds raised through the sale of raffle tickets and donations will be used to support the club’s activities, including equipment maintenance, training programs, and community events.

2. Eligibility to Participate**

2.1. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age.
2.2. Tickets are only available for purchase by individuals residing in jurisdictions where participation in raffles is permitted by law.
2.3. Members of the Limerick Boat Club committee involved in organizing the raffle, and their immediate families, are not eligible to win prizes.

3. Raffle Tickets**

3.1. Raffle tickets are priced at a book of 3 tickets €10 each.
3.2. Tickets can be purchased online or through authorized Limerick Boat Club representatives.
3.3. The raffle closes at midnight 21/12/24. Purchases made after this time will not be eligible for entry.
3.4. Upon successful payment, a confirmation email with your ticket details will be sent to the email address provided.

4. Donations**

4.1. Donations can be made in addition to or separately from raffle ticket purchases.
4.2. Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
4.3. Limerick Boat Club will issue receipts for donations upon request.

5. Prize Draw and Winners**

5.1. The raffle draw will take place on 22/12/24 1:00 pm at Limerick Boat Club.

5.2. Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
5.3. Winners will be notified via phone or email within 48 Hours of the draw.
5.4. A list of winning ticket numbers will be published on the Limerick Boat Club website and social media platforms.
5.5. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the draw date. If unclaimed, the club reserves the right to redistribute the prize.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy**

6.1. Raffle ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
6.2. In the unlikely event that the raffle is canceled, all ticket purchases will be refunded.
6.3. Donations are non-refundable except in cases of technical errors during the payment process.

7. Use of Funds**

7.1. All proceeds from ticket sales and donations will be used to support Limerick Boat Club’s initiatives, as outlined above.
7.2. Limerick Boat Club is committed to transparent financial practices and will provide an annual financial report upon request.

8. Liability**

8.1. Limerick Boat Club accepts no liability for:
– Loss or damage arising from delays, errors, or technical issues related to ticket purchases or donations.
– Loss or theft of prizes after they have been claimed by winners.

8.2. By participating, entrants agree to hold Limerick Boat Club harmless from any claims or damages arising from their participation in the raffle.

9. Privacy**

9.1. Personal information collected during ticket purchases and donations will be used solely for processing payments, conducting the raffle, and contacting winners.
9.2. Limerick Boat Club complies with GDPR regulations and will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

10. Amendments**
